Smile Lines Fillers

The nasolabial folds, also known as smile lines, are lines that develop when there is a natural loss of volume that occurs in the face with age, and other lifestyle factors, such as sudden loss in weight or sun damage. Smile lines are vertical lines that extend from the sides of your nose and curves around to the corner of the mouth.

Dermal fillers are a great option to target smile lines to replace lost volume in the area, providing instant results and softening the appearance of the lines.

What are nasolabial fold fillers?

Nasolabial folds are common wrinkles that form alongside your inner cheeks. They stretch from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth. Everyone has these wrinkles to some degree, but they tend to get deeper with age, along with other factors.

Dermal filler is a substance that is injected into the dermis of the skin in order to plump and lift the tissue. Hyaluronic acid dermal filler can be injected directly into the nasolabial folds to lift the skin and make the area less noticeable.

How Does It Work?

Dermal fillers work by boosting the skin's supply of hyaluronic acid. They revitalize and add volume to the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, giving a natural softer look.  These soft injectable gel consist of stabilized, non-animal hyaluronic acid that is injected into your face with specialized needles (a process that takes less than 30 minutes). Dermal fillers can be used on all areas of your body for smoothing out wrinkles or scars.

Before & After

Wrinkle relaxers such as Botox and Dysport literally melt the wrinkles away. Wrinkles are caused when muscles contract across an area, over time these lines become permanently etched into your skin as they form over each other to create wrinkles.

Neuromodulators can be used as a preventative to retrain facial muscles and improve facial posture that can cause wrinkles. Treatments temporarily reduce the muscle’s ability to contract, leaving you with smoother, tighter and younger looking skin!
