Mobile Messaging Terms of Service for SMS

This Terms of Service ("TOS") is between Cloud Clinic, LLC., a Wyoming corporation ("Cloud Clinic"), and the Customer ("Customer"). The TOS is effective upon the Customer's sign-up for Cloud Clinic's services.

Cloud Clinic, LLC. (“Cloud Clinic, LLC.”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program called “CLOUD SMS”, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions. The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Terms. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service for SMS and our Privacy Policy.

Section 1: Program Description

The "CLOUD SMS" program includes:

  • Promotional Messages: Advertisements, promotions, and marketing offers.
  • Transactional Messages: Order notifications, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Frequency of messages will vary, up to 12 messages per month. We do not charge for these messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

Section 2: User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring mobile messages. You must ensure that the number is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user. If your number changes, notify us promptly at support@cloudclinic.me.

Section 3: User Opt-Out and Support

To opt-out, reply with STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive a confirmation message and a short period of continued messages while your opt-out request is processed. For support, reply HELP.

We are not liable for any failure to honor requests that do not follow the proper opt-out commands. We may also change our phone numbers or short codes and will notify you of any changes.

Section 4: Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages or information.

Section 5: Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or these TOS at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
